NY Mets R.A. Dickey Accompanied By His Namesake For Interview

Now and then, during interviews, video cameras capture a little more than the person being interviewed.

Right after the first no-hitter in New York Mets history was thrown by Johan Santana, an interview took place with (you can’t make this up) Mets pitcher, R. A. DICK-ey.

At one point a “close friend” attempted to interrupt, though seemingly not very excited. Mr. Dickey looks surprised in the photo. He was sure the balls were left on the field.
